Results 2019 CORE Call

The FNR is pleased to communicate it has retained 40 research projects for funding in the 2019 CORE Call, an FNR commitment of 22.63 MEUR. Three bilateral projects where decisions from international partners were pending can now be communicated. Abstracts are now also available.

CORE is the central funding programme of the FNR, with a prime objective to strengthen the scientific quality of Luxembourg’s public research in strategic priority areas.

Please note, the provisional CORE results were published in December 2019. As some bilateral projects were still pending final funding decisions by international partners at the time, it was not possible to communicate the full list of projects accepted by FNR. These projects are now included in this list, abstracts are also available.
