The FNR is pleased to communicate that its operations are now certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
What does this mean?
A quality management system is a way of defining how an organisation can meet the requirements of the stakeholders affected by its work. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard related to quality management, applicable to any organisation from all types of business sectors and activities.
ISO 9001:2015 is based on the idea of continuous improvement and provides a framework to respond to changing quality requirements in balance with society, economics and environment.
Receiving this certification means the FNR management and FNR collaborators commit to conduct the FNR’s operations through a Quality Management System (QMS) certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
