*To be eligible for FNR support, non-profit associations, societal impact companies (SIS) and foundations must be accredited by the Ministry in charge of public sector research. To obtain an accreditation, associations or foundations have to introduce a formal request at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (except PSP-Classic and PSP-Flagship).
** To be eligible for support in the framework of a public-private partnership under AFR (Industrial Fellowships), the condition is a collaboration with a company accredited by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Both, the public institution or the company, can be the host institution, i.e. issue the work contract.
For newly eligible institutions: Public institutions performing research in Luxembourg (who do not yet have an account) and non-profit associations and foundations performing research in Luxembourg, that have obtained a special authorization from the Ministry for Higher education and Research, can require access to the online submission system FNR Grant Management System by contacting registration@fnr.lu.
